·  I also killed AdskLicensingService.exe    

       Delete LoginState.xml  in %localappdata%\Autodesk\Web Services.

Launch your Autodesk software and perform a new login.

I like "Any PDF to DWG Converter" it seems simple and is the exact same output as "Aide PDF to DWG Converter" Also the EUA is good. one computer with many users is ok.
