The obviuos is use Crome or Firefox, but I know you Love IE and want to get it to work so...

Start ie9 as administrator and try to print (right click pick Run as administrator). If u can u have a problem with permissions.
Download ie9. uninstall Ie9. turn off antivirus. reinstall ie9. restart antivirus.

Method 3: Try printing after disabling Protected Mode

Try printing a webpage after disabling Protected Mode, to do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click the Tools icon in Internet Explorer
  2. Click the Security tab and uncheck the checkbox beside Enable Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer)
  3. Click Apply , and then click OK.
  4. Close all open Internet Explorer windows, and then restart Internet Explorer.
  5. Browse to a website and try test printing a page while running as the Administrator
Or try this:
Please open your Internet Explorer, click Tools - Internet Options - Advanced Tab,
Under Settings, do not check "Enable third-party browser extensions*", then Apply and OK. Restart the IE, check if it can print.
If it resolve the issue, please fully scan your computer to find if there's any virus or malware.
