If you want to “Save” point clouds in NWD files, Users need access to the point cloud location.
If you want to send the NWD out to clients the .nwf must be Published rather than saved. In the Publish dialog box check "Embed ReCap and Texture data". Expect a fairly large .nwd file as a result.

Navisworks Objects not Shading Correctly
To start Options click on the Program Icon
in upper left hand corner. 
Set “DWG Loader Version” to “2014”, the
AutoCAD version you have the Object Enablers (OE) installed on.
Set DWG\DXF
Render Type to “Shaded” Can cause pipes to show wireframe and bends to shade.
If objects are not showing make sure you have the Object enablers installed on AutoCAD.

Autocad inserted images disappear
Try reducing the max resolution to 2500 pixels. Open the file in paint and select resize > pixels and input a 2500 for the highest number of width or height.
PDF coments will not print or I don't want the comments to print
File > Print > select documents and Markups in the Comments & Forms dropdown box. If you do not want the comments to print select Document.

AutoPLANT file loads and then hangs up
Symptoms:
The file starts to load and then stalls, freezes, stops loading using the access databases.
Solution:
Check if the MDB files are missing. Reimport the files.
Purge and audit drawing
Open Document Manager, open project, Check location path
then delete file from project.
Close Document Manager.
Open the Relationship Manager (the project should not be
opened with Document Manager)
Select Tools, Document Tools, Add to Project and select the
file on your desktop
Expand the plus sign, and check both boxes
Then on the first line select the Target location
Click Add
Open Document Manager and verify that all is correct and the
drawings opens.

1. In your plot dialog select the DWG to PDF > Properties > Custom Properties > Custom Properties (down below the other custom properties) > Raster Image Resolution DPI or Black and White and set it to a lower number. This may make your images look worse so go as high as you can.
2. Check the pixel count of the image, make it smaller ~2500 pixels.
3. RASTERPERCENT = 90 Sets the maximum percentage of available virtual memory that is allowed for plotting a raster image. & RASTERTHRESHOLD =100 If the plotted raster image exceeds this threshold, the availability of system memory is checked. The plot is aborted if the image is too big for the available memory.
4. Copy pictures into same folder as DWG.

Mapped drive to UNC Windows Explorer address bar
Copy UNC network path (not drive letter) for paths on mapped drives from Windows Explorer
1. In Windows Explorer, hold the shift button down, r-click on the file, and select "Copy as path".
2. Insert a Hyperlink in the email and paste in the address field of the Hyperlink dialogue box. (Shortcut: ctrl-K ctrl-V + OK). At this point, the link will display the mapped drive letter as the root (G:\test.xml). Select OK.
3. Now, r-click on link on link and select "Edit Hyperlink..." you will notice that the Address field has been translated back into the full UNC path (\\mapped\test.xml).
4. With your mouse in the Address field, hit ctrl-A and ctrl-C to copy the full path to your clipboard, then move your cursor to the top field ("Text to Display:") hit ctrl-A and ctrl-V to display it correctly in your email.

The workaround for this issue is to uninstall windows update KB3139940

5. If you insist on using the Viewcube uncheck “Use view transitions when switching views” Options > 3d Modeleing > ViewCube.
6. BREP removes solids history (subtracted joined ext. can lower file size and speed up display of solids)

The current Drawing is already registered in the document registry with document ID

The AutoPLANT error "The current Drawing XXXXXX is already registered in the document registry with document ID XXXXX" (seen Below) occurs when the drawing's name and Doc ID differ from drawing name and Doc ID in the database. The error can be easily corrected.
To resolve this error please use the following steps:
1.Move the drawing to a different location. Tip: The local desktop is suitable and convenient location
2.Open AutoCAD
3.Turn on Drawing Access Mode by going to AutoPLANT 3D>Drawing Access Mode. Activating Drawing Access Mode will open the project selection prompt every time AutoPLANT is started
4.Open the drawing from AutoCAD
5.Start AutoPLANT
6.When prompted for a project: chose Configuration. Then choose the Project which has the same units as the drawing.
7.Once open, save the drawing then close.
8.Open Relation Ship Manager
9.Delete instances of the drawing out of the project to remove drawing data from the project database. Moving the drawing to a different location in step 1 will prevent it from being deleted in this step. When deleting the drawings: ensure that the drawings deleted are duplications not a different drawing with the same name.
10.Start AutoCAD
11.Open the drawing
12.Start AutoPLANT
13.When prompted choose project then choose the original project
14.Once open save the drawing and close
15.Use Relation Ship Manager to move the drawing from your desktop to the previous location
The drawing is now is in the project with a new DOC_ID and it should not display the error when opening.

AutoCAD Already zoomed out in as far as possible
When I zoom extents I can't do anything my computer seems to freeze. I can zoom previous and regen and it works. There are likely items in "outer space" that may or may not display. If you select all with a crossing you may see some grips that will help find these items.
Use Layman to save the layer state if you want.
Turn on Thaw and unlock all layers.
Zoom extents to see the entire model.
List "All" remove with Crossing the entire model that you can see. Enter
If you "List" "Previous" you should see all the items that you listed.
You will have a list all the objects that are "NOT really there" in the "Previous" que.
Then you can "Erase" "Previous" to get rid if these items.
The items that are left are bad.
You might see some objects that were selected. These items are most likely not needed and are causing the problem. They are not needed because you can't see them anyway! delete the objects by
