Solution
1. Open Aspen Basic Engineering “Explorer”
"C:\Program Files\AspenTech\Basic Engineering V11.0\UserServices\bin\AZExplorer.exe"
Explorer - ABE V11
2. Open WorkSpace, leave Explorer open
3. Start Hysys and open datasheets.
