1.1          Open AutoCAD and type “APPLOAD”  > Startup Suite  Contents > Add .

Other fixes:

1.2          Set text to 100%.

1.3          Right click on desktop . Personalize > Display > Smaller - 100 (default)

1.4          Remove this KB3139940 unninstall Programs and Features.
