The workaround for this issue is to uninstall windows update KB3139940
Bentley some functions stopped working after windows updates.
Selection dialog was cancelled message when trying to update components
PCF export does not work.
Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features > View installed updates > Look for Microsoft Windows and remove KB3139940
If you have a network administrator you will need to keep this from being reinstalled.
