Here
are a few things to confirm/check/try for the reported issue
1.
Run Windows adapter/network troubleshooter
- Press Win+I hotkey and let the Windows
Settings appear.
- Click on the Update &
Security section.
- In the left
panel, Click the Troubleshoot option.
- Click on the Network Adapter option
available under the Find and fix other problems.
- Click on the Run the troubleshooter.
OR
- Start search Troubleshoot
- Click on the Network Adapter option
available under the Find and fix other problems.
- Click on the Run the troubleshooter.
2. Reset
TCP/IP, WINSOCK and flush DNS
Run Command Prompt as Administrator
- Type netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt then
press Enter
- Type ipconfig /release then press Enter
- Type ipconfig /renew then press Enter
Restart the computer
If issue persist flush the DNS and reset WINSOCK
- Type ipconfig /flushdns then press enter
- Type netsh winsock reset then press enter
3.
Network Reset
1. Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network
& Internet > Status > Network reset.
2. On the Network reset screen, select Reset now > Yes to confirm.
Wait for your PC to restart, and see if that fixes the problem.
